Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be made in the name of the person who is receiving the service. Any cancellations need to be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a 40% cancellation fee and your deposit will be returned to you. After three cancellations within 24 hours, you will be blocked from making appointments. Any no-call-no-shows will be charged the cancellation fee and may result in you being blocked from making appointments. There is a grace period of 10 minutes, if you are late to your appointment. After the grace period, your appointment may be cancelled (you will be charged the fee) or an additional late fee of $15 may be added to your service.
